Sonia Birbal

Sonia Birbal is a 22 year old resident of Realize Road in Princes Town. She is a graduate of Princes Town West Secondary School.

She is currently employed as a student aide at Barrackpore East Secondary. Her work at the school is centered on assisting differently abled students navigate school life – creating learning materials, visual and digital presentations tailored to the disability of students to supplement their learning plans.

When not at work, she is passionate about Modeling and Photography editing and hopes to pursue a career in these fields.

Sonia hopes to make use of her Miss World platform to address issues associated with the rising suicide rates in our society and assist those who have lost loved ones to suicide.
