Kirsten Bleasdell

Kirsten Bleasdell is 23 years old and hails from Bon Air West, Arouca.

She is a graduate of St Joseph’s Convent, St. Joseph. Her passions and “people-first” perspective has since inspired her to pursue her BSc. Psychology with minors in Social Policy Development, Management and Human Resource Management.

She has gone on to start her own safe space, “Go-Green-For-Mental-Health”, targeting the psychological well-being of her Gen-Z colleagues, through her creative and visionary representation of mental health. 

She has since worked alongside the United Nation’s Spotlight Initiative to end violence against women and girls with ICAN doing community outreach programmes.

Kirsten hopes to continue inspiring and uplifting her community and reminding everyone that true beauty lies in our compassion, convictions and unwavering dedication to creating a better world for all.
