Anna-Lisa Samara John

Anna-Lisa Samara John, 21, proudly represents the vibrant community of St. James. A graduate of St. Augustine Secondary School, she is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Sustainable Technology at the University of the West Indies. Her passions span from make-up, beauty, and modeling to gender equality and environmental sustainability.

Motivated by a commitment to the environment and women’s empowerment, Anna-Lisa is determined to pave the way for young women in the male-dominated STEM field. She hopes her journey will inspire others to embrace opportunities, break barriers, and build a more equitable future. She is particularly driven by initiatives in environmental education, conservation, and climate resilience, while showcasing the vital role of women in these efforts.
